ABOUT OUR CREW SHIRTS

We are using a 100% polyester 160 GSM - 200 GSM eyelet mesh material that is woven to be very flexible and breathable. All artwork and logos will be dye sublimated allowing for full custom design options.

DESIGN PROCESS

  • We provide all designs for our customers for a flat rate $100 nonrefundable design fee. We have a questionnaire that you may complete or just give us the logos, colors and requirements by email after you purchase and we do the rest. You can avoid the design fee by supplying your own artwork. Email us at email@flexracing.com for the design template or for the questionnaire. Call 208.290.8683 if you would like a quote. 

  • We provide unlimited design consolidation, so we will go back and forth until the shirt design is perfect for you and your team.

TURNAROUND TIME

  • From point of purchase, we begin the design process within 48 hours. This takes between 1-5 days maximum depending upon urgency, adjustments needed, and client's response efficiency.

  • From approved final design, we will begin the manufacturing process, this takes about 2 weeks on average.

  • Shipping will take between 3-5 business days. (no shipping charge on orders of 5 shirts or more)

  • Overall turnaround is about 3 weeks on average.

  • Rush orders are possible. Depending upon how urgent the order is, you may incur a rush fee. Call us for availability 208.290.8680

U.S. SHIPPING

For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may extend the processing time of your order. For questions regarding order, please email – email@flexracing.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (ONLY SELECT COUNTRIES ELIGIBLE)

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, fees, tariffs, and customs. Note: International taxes, fees, tariffs, and customs are not included in your order total. Your local post office will require payment of taxes and customs fees to be paid upon delivery of shipment. Recipient is responsible for all related tax, fees, tariffs, and customs. Duties and taxes vary by country. Please contact your customs office and/or local post office for more information.

*NOTE: Estimated delivery time does not include duration of customs hold. Depending on the duration needed to clear customs clearance, actual delivery time can be extended to 30 days. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse shipment of your order, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred upon shipping the package. These expenses will be deducted from your order refund.

Products listed: Crew Shirts, Jackets, Rider Bibs, Racing Jerseys, Bike Mats, Table Covers, Flags, Banners, Pop Up Displays, are produced and manufactured in China. All of these products will be drop shipped as FLEX Racing from China to your provided shipping address. We will not be held responsible to any shipping delays. If your order arrives late, we can not be held liable to refunds, store credits or future discounts. Orders may not be canceled or refunded once designs are approved and production begins If you agree to these terms-and-conditions Design deposits, and urgency fees may not be refunded. Urgency fees DO NOT GUARANTEE ON TIME DELIVERY. We will do our best to get the materials to you in time, but it is never a promise. If your materials are late, or if there is a delay, we cannot refund the urgency fee or design deposit. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If an item you have received is defective, we will be glad to assist you with processing a refund. For help with processing your return, please contact us – email@flexracing.com 208.290.8683

  • Please be sure to check the fit and sizing of your product before removing tags. Products returned must have all original tags attached.

  • Unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days after receipt of product for refund (receipt date of products is determined based on tracking provided by shipping carrier)

  • FLEX Racing will not accept merchandise after 30 days.

  • Product must be returned within 14 days once the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued, and must be returned in original packaging with tags.

  • Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item you have received is incorrect or damaged.

  • Refund value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

CAN I RETURN A FLEX PRODUCT THAT I ORDERED FROM ANOTHER RETAILER?

We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased from the flexracing.com website. If you ordered a product from another retailer, you may contact – email@flexracing.com

 

WHERE DO I SHIP MY RETURN?

If you would like to make a return, please contact email@flexracing.com to request. The return address, along with directions, will be provided upon request. 

 

HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. To ensure that your return package arrives to our warehouse successfully, FLEX Racing suggests shipping your return package with a tracking number. Packages must be returned prepaid.

 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Once FLEX Racing receives your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
