Who these are for:
These templates are designed for customers who are comfortable working in Adobe Illustrator or a professional design environment. If you're not familiar with vector design software, we recommend selecting the "Hire a FLEX Racing Artist" option instead.

Submission guidelines:
Once your design is complete, submit your files through the order process. Our team will review your artwork before production begins. If your files are print-ready, there is no design fee. If cleanup or corrections are needed, a fee may apply — we'll let you know before proceeding.

File requirements:

  • AI or EPS preferred for best results
  • PDF accepted
  • All fonts must be outlined
  • Colors: RGB for apparel and riding gear. CMYK for all other products

Important: Downloading a template does not start your order. You must still place your order and submit your artwork through the standard process.

ABOUT OUR TRACK JACKETS

We are using a 100% polyester material that is woven to be very flexible while offering great insulation. Inner wind breaker liner and full open zip. All artwork and logos will be dye sublimated allowing for full custom design options.

DESIGN PROCESS

  • On the next page you will submit a form that allows for you to specify certain requirements (ex: sizes, names, numbers, colors, logos, etc)

  • We provide all designs for our customers for a flat rate $100 nonrefundable design fee. Just give us the logos, colors and requirements by email after you purchase and we do the rest. You can avoid the design fee by supplying your own artwork.

  • We provide unlimited design consolidation, so we will go back and forth until the shirt design is perfect for you and your team.

TURNAROUND TIME

  • From point of purchase, we begin the design process. This takes between 1-5 days maximum depending upon urgency, adjustments needed, and client's response efficiency. Design time may take longer in some cases. 

  • From approved final design, we will begin the manufacturing process, this takes about 2-3 weeks on average. (5-6 weeks during busy season)

  • Shipping will take between 3-5 business days. 

  • Overall turnaround is about 3-4 weeks on average. (6-7 weeks during busy season)

PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE, OR CALL US

You may call us at 208-290-8683 or submit an order by checking out online. If you need help, you can leave your info here. Before we get started, we will get to know you, your program, and your needs. We will then invite you into the FLEX Racing App/ Online Portal, where you will easily track and manage the next steps.

STEP 2
LOCK IT IN

WE FINALIZE YOUR DESIGNS

We protect our time and yours by requesting a deposit before any custom work begins. Once you're locked in, the FLEX app guides you through uploading logos, sharing ideas, and getting the creative process moving. You'll work one on one with the graphic artist assigned to your project until the designs are fully approved.

STEP 3
FINAL CHECK

CONFIRM ORDER DETAILS

Once your designs are finalized and approved, we’ll collect final quantities, sizes, and any extras/ changes that may have occurred during the design phase. You’ll get an updated invoice reflecting the full order - just review, confirm, and pay your remaining balance. We will then arrange for production.

PRINT & SHIP

Once your balance is paid, your order moves into production. We handle everything behind the scenes by prepping files, managing production, and keeping things on track. When it's ready, your order ships with tracking so you can follow every step. After delivery, we check in to make sure everything’s perfect. Need support or want to start your next project? Just message us in the app, we'll be ready.

Do I need to have a design ready before ordering?

No. You can place your order first and we will guide you through the design process after checkout.

Can FLEX Racing design my product for me?

Yes. Select the Hire a FLEX Racing Artist option when ordering and a dedicated designer will be assigned to your project.

Can I use my existing logos and branding?

Yes. Upload your logos, sponsor marks, colors, and any references and we will build around your existing brand identity.

What file types do you accept?

AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF are preferred. PNG and JPG are accepted but may affect print quality. If you are unsure, send what you have and we will review it.

Will I see a proof before production starts?

Yes. Nothing goes into production until you have reviewed and approved your design.

Can I make changes after seeing the proof?

Yes. Unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied.

How long does production take?

Production time varies by product. Your turnaround time is listed on each product page.

Can you help me hit a race or event date?

Yes. Let us know your deadline upfront and we will tell you what is realistic.

Do I have to pay in full upfront?

A 50% deposit is required to start the design process. The remaining balance is collected before production begins.

What is your return or remake policy?

All products are fully custom and made to order. We do not accept returns on custom products. If there is a manufacturer defect or production error on our end, we will remake it at no charge.
