Have your own artwork? Here's what to know before submitting:
- Best formats: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. These give us the cleanest results and sharpest print quality.
- PNG and JPG are accepted but may reduce print quality depending on resolution.
- Logo conversion available: if you only have a JPG or PNG, we can convert it to a proper vector for $20 per logo.
Important note on file conversions:
- Do not use online conversion websites to create AI or EPS files from your JPG or PNG. These tools do not produce real vector files. They are low quality and create extra work. Our team converts files professionally. If you are unsure whether your files are ready, just send them and we will let you know.
Important note on AI-generated designs:
- AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and others generate images that look great on screen but are not production-ready and often contain design elements that cannot be printed or replicated on fabric. We cannot guarantee we can match or produce an AI-generated design. If you have an AI image for inspiration, share it, but understand we will use it as a reference, not a blueprint.

Before we get started, we will get to know you, your program, and your needs. We will then invite you into the FLEX Racing App/ Online Portal, where you will easily track and manage the next steps.
We protect our time and yours by requesting a deposit before any custom work begins. Once you're locked in, the FLEX app guides you through uploading logos, sharing ideas, and getting the creative process moving. You'll work one on one with the graphic artist assigned to your project until the designs are fully approved.
Once your designs are finalized and approved, we’ll collect final quantities, sizes, and any extras/ changes that may have occurred during the design phase. You’ll get an updated invoice reflecting the full order - just review, confirm, and pay your remaining balance. We will then arrange for production.
Once your balance is paid, your order moves into production. We handle everything behind the scenes by prepping files, managing production, and keeping things on track. When it's ready, your order ships with tracking so you can follow every step. After delivery, we check in to make sure everything’s perfect. Need support or want to start your next project?
