You can use our professional design team or the available templates to save on design time. Moreover, you can send us your own artwork as an option, which lets you feature your logo, marketing messages, and other details for personalized flags. Mount them to your tent, stick them in the ground, or use a cross base for ground display.

We protect our time and yours by requesting a deposit before any custom work begins. Once you're locked in, the FLEX app guides you through uploading logos, sharing ideas, and getting the creative process moving. You'll work one on one with the graphic artist assigned to your project until the designs are fully approved.
After designs are approved, we will begin production
Once your designs are finalized and approved, we’ll collect final quantities, sizes, and any extras. You’ll get an updated invoice reflecting the full order - just review, confirm, and pay your remaining balance.
After delivery, we will check in to make sure everything is perfect
Once your balance is paid, your order moves into production. We handle everything behind the scenes by prepping files, managing production, and keeping things on track. Do your canopies fit standard frames?
Most of our canopy tops are built to fit standard commercial tent frames, but fitment depends on the frame style and measurements. If you already have a frame, send us photos and dimensions to ensure proper fit
Can I order a canopy top only?
Yes. If you already have a compatible frame, you may be able to order just the printed canopy top.
Can I order replacement walls, flags, or printed pieces later?
Yes. We can often remake matching pieces later if your original design files are on hand.
How long does production take?
