All Jerseys come fully customized to fit your needs. Once the order is placed, we will get you connected with one of our designers. The FLEX Racing designer assigned to your project will work with you one on one to complete the artwork. They will ask you for your logos, what colors you want to use, if you want to see a couple of different ideas, etc. You will then go back and forth with your artist until you are happy. You can make as many changes as you want. When you are satisfied with the designs, we will then move into production.

ABOUT OUR RACING JERSEYS
We are using a 100% polyester 140 GSM honeycomb-like material that is woven to be very flexible and breathable. All artwork and logos will be dye sublimated allowing for full custom design options.
DESIGN PROCESS

We provide all designs for our customers for a flat rate $100 nonrefundable design fee. Just give us the logos, colors and requirements by email after you purchase and we do the rest. You can avoid the design fee by supplying your own artwork. Email us at email@flexracing.com for the design template. Call 208.290.8683 if you would like a quote.

We provide unlimited design consolidation, so we will go back and forth until the shirt design is perfect for you and your team.
TURNAROUND TIME

From point of purchase, we begin the design process within 48 hours. This takes between 1-5 days maximum depending upon urgency, adjustments needed, and client's response efficiency.

From approved final design, we will begin the manufacturing process, this takes about 2-3 weeks on average. (5-6 weeks during busy season)

Shipping will take between 3-5 business days.

Overall turnaround is about 3 - 4 weeks on average. (6-7 weeks during busy season)

Work with us one-on-one to design your materials
We protect our time and yours by requesting a deposit before any custom work begins. Once you're locked in, the FLEX app guides you through uploading logos, sharing ideas, and getting the creative process moving. You'll work one on one with the graphic artist assigned to your project until the designs are fully approved.
After designs are approved, we will begin production
Once your designs are finalized and approved, we’ll collect final quantities, sizes, and any extras. You’ll get an updated invoice reflecting the full order - just review, confirm, and pay your remaining balance.
After delivery, we will check in to make sure everything is perfect
Once your balance is paid, your order moves into production. We handle everything behind the scenes by prepping files, managing production, and keeping things on track. When it's ready, your order ships with tracking so you can follow every step. After delivery, we check in to make sure everything’s perfect. Need support or want to start your next project?
